SYN-AKE binds to subunits of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, thereby blocking the binding of acetylcholine to the receptor, resulting in persistent receptor blockade. In the closed state, sodium ions cannot be ingested, cannot be depolarized, and nerve excitation transmission is blocked, so the muscles at the wrinkles are relaxed, thereby reducing wrinkles, and at the same time increasing the moisture and nutrition of the skin to protect the skin in an all-round way.
